Fair programme

We would like to invite all people who enjoy cooking, look for culinary inspirations, would like to meet culinary stars and are interested in healthy eating. “Pyszna Polska” Fair will allow you to appreciate the advantages of Poland by better finding out its culinary and hotel wealth.

“Pyszna Polska” is a Fair that you will love and feel it with all your senses. It will be a symbol of elegance, sophisticated flavour and artistic bohemia. You will be enchanted by the unique atmosphere and the Polish music. When strolling across the exhibition centre your eyes will be drawn by the charming cafes and atmospheric restaurants. You will be able to take a great delight in the flavours of dishes served by the maters of cuisine.

"Pyszna Polska 2017" Gastronomy and Hotel Fair of Magda Gessler is:
The largest business centre for presentation of offers by the producers and distributors of equipment and appliances for HoReCa sector, but also the providers of food and brewages. Anticipated volume of exhibitors: 400.

Information for schools

Seeing the need for cooperation between the vocational schools and businesses, we decided to create a special educational section. During the Fair students from gastronomic schools could participate in special lessons that will be conducted by specialists in the field of gastronomic equipment service, product and hygiene systems as well as food and beverages used in professional kitchen.

Obligatory registration:
The registration is done by a webpage with entrance only on the first day of the Fair - 2.06.2017, after the mandatory prior notification by e-mail: rejestracja@mbbs.eu. The application should contain: school name, number of students (up to 30 people) and guardians as well as guardian’s surname and contact telephone number. Group that does not meet the above conditions will not be allowed to enter the Fair.

The Exhibition Centre is located in the Centennial Hall complex. The Hall itself is a UNESCO World Heritage site, along with the space located around, these are some of the most beautiful exhibition grounds in the world. For your convenience we provide parking spaces in the grounds of the Exhibition Centre. We also invite you to taste fresh and delicious dishes prepared by our exhibitors.
